Sirius – XM’s rumored bankruptcy puts a dent in my lifetime membership investments, but also makes me upset that a company with 19 million subscribers paying $12.95/month is unable to survive. Let’s hope it is just the way to re-structuring and infusing new life into a very successful media form. I’ve been a home and car subscriber even before Howard came on board, and really like the channels. Not really sure I care for some of the XM offering and newly re-shuffled line-up but overall, commutes with commercial free channels have been quite nice.

The Photog ShootOut Group is scheduling a get together in Atlantic City on March 15, 2009 and another in April in Lancaster, PA. I could not attend the last event down on the Delaware beaches but I’m planning on going to these two. So for any local photographers (or aspiring photographers) this will be a great opportunity to meet, learn, and practice your skills with fellow photographers and models.
